HELLO 25. THIS IS WHAT I KNOW FOR SURE.

HELLO, 25!

It feels so great to be a year older, I now enter into the second phase of my late twenties. There is a certain feeling that comes with this age, those who are past 25 know what am talking about. Anyway, I am just playing with your mind, what I mean is everyone has this feeling whenever they are turning a year older, so you all know the feeling I have right now, right? It is so exciting.

I know you are in the Christmas mood and there is a party going on, or rather one that you want to attend. Then you will be having another party after that then another one and then another one, so it is a party after-party after party after party *insert the winking emoji*. Your mood is all charged up for this Christmas, so am i.

Let us just pause and allow me to wish you a  very merry Christmas. As you party during this season may you understand the reason why you are celebrating this holiday. Do you know the guy who has given us the reason for this season? If Yes, thank you.  If no, I recommend you to the good book, the Bible. Look for the book of John and read chapter 3 verse 16. Is that a deal? Yes, thank you.

Now, gather here brethren, let us learn, unlearn and relearn. Years just flipped away, I mean was 16 just the other day, where did the time go?

I want to share some lessons which I have garnered over the few years of my existence. Grab your stool and make yourself comfortable. Let us start.

πŸ˜„Accept yourself the way you are. God looked at you and said that you are wonderfully made because he has expressed that in the scripture. He does not make mistakes and He will not start now. Everything is where He intended it to be. Be comfortable in your own skin.

πŸ’ Love and involve God in all your endeavors. There are things that seem right in the eyes of man but they are all vanity. When you allow Him to take the wheel of your life He will always direct you to the right path. He will also establish your plans.

πŸ‘ Chose good friends. Before you chose always ask God to help you in this exercise. It is very important to have friends who will take you to another level depending on your desires in life.

πŸ‘« Obey and honor your parents. you want to live long and as a blessed young person, chose to respect your parents. Remember to take care of their needs when you can and God will bless you. Woe unto you who never visits them nor care about them.

πŸ’ Learn to let go. Seasons come and go. There are things and people in our lives who are not meant to be there for the rest of our lives. Ask God for the spirit of discernment and when such occasions happen, release the subject with a good heart so that you can allow the next phase of your life to start unfolding.

πŸ’ Learn etiquette. I want you to be keen on this. I urge you, my fellow young people, to learn etiquette. How you greet a young person is not the same way you will go greeting the elderly ones.  Learn to choose your words keenly when speaking to people, be it that they are young or old. Do not go to people's houses and take over the remote, watch what you found them watching and stop suggesting programs to them. Avoid peoples phones like plague.

πŸ’ Know when and how to talk. You will not know that someone is a fool until they open their mouths to speak. If you are not invited into a conversation, please don't contribute. Even if your words will be wise, you will look like a fool. There are times your silence will speak more than your words.

πŸ™… Learn to say No. There was a time I was so worn out because I used to say yes to every suggestion and invitation. I barely had time for my personal projects because I wanted to please others. Say No whenever it is necessary.

⌚ Give people your time. It is the best gift you can ever give to the people you love.

πŸ’ Make mistakes. Take the risk as long as it will not cost you your future and your life.

πŸ’ Always have a conference meeting with yourself. Talk to yourself, have nature walk all by yourself and also take yourself out. I do this every Sunday.

⛪ Find a church or a fellowship. Do not ignore Paul's instructions on not forsaking the fellowship of brethren. It is they who will lift you when your strength fails.

πŸ‘˜πŸ’„ Ladies, look good. You don't have to own a cloth line to appear neat and tidy. Just make sure you smell good and keep modesty as one of your principles.

πŸ’• Ladies, don't entertain everyone in your inbox. We have wolves in the sheepskin. Like I said above, pray for discernment. It will save you from the devil.

πŸ’˜ Ask questions before you start that relationship. Get to know what happened before they found you. Make your foundation strong, so that when the wind comes, because they will come, you will still be firm.

πŸ’” Breakup is not a killer disease. It is not the end of the world, much lays ahead of you. Your heart is very strong. Moreover, break up is not a heart disease The world is waiting for you and most importantly, true love is still waiting for you.

πŸ‘£ You are not alone. You see that situation you are in right now, was a test to someone else out there and they concurred it. Don't worry, it will soon be over.

πŸ’» Get information. Google is there, make this uncle your friend.

🎀 🌏Share the Gospel. If you are born again, let everyone know the God you are serving. Invite people to this side of victory.

🎀hare your testimony. You will win them by the words of your testimony. Do not be ashamed of your past.

πŸ’ Try and practice generosity. Cast your bread into many waters and forget.  Do good and mind your business. Not because you want anything in return, but because the Bible asks us not to tire doing good.

πŸ‘« Guys, treat us as your sisters until you decide you want to marry one of us. It is sad and heartbreaking when you find out that this guy is not only interested in you but also in some other few ladies. Men, we now want to see the traits of our father(God) in your characters when it comes to relationships matters.

πŸ‘₯ Avoid peer pressure. Live within your pocket, age is just a number. Don't try to compete with your schoolmates or colleagues. Time and chances happen to everyone at the right time.

πŸ‘Ό Speak your mind. Don't be afraid to let people know what you think about different situations in different circumstances.

πŸ’ Be optimistic. Life is all about faith. Mbele iko sawa!

HERE IS TO 25!πŸ˜ƒ
